Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today, we are looking at our MaxxTow wheelchair and scooter cargo carrier here on our 2016 Honda CR-V. So this is gonna be a cargo carrier that not only gives you a 500-pound weight capacity, but it also has a ramp or a 60-inch long ramp to the side of the cargo carrier, which will allow you to roll either your wheelchair, your scooter, your snowblower, whatever you need to carry onto your cargo carrier. So we'll take a look at how it fits here on our Honda CR-V. The first thing I wanna take a look at is how much length is added to the back of my car right now. So if I had a CR-V, I would measure from this bumper to the end of the carrier, and that would be about 42 3/4 inches. more

This is going to be a hitch mounted cargo carrier. It's going to mount into your two inch by two inch hitch receiver to be able to get all the extra things that you like to take on those long trips out of your vehicle and onto the cargo carrier, allowing more room for family and friends on the inside.You can see here, we have a couple of duffle bags and a cooler that fit pretty snug in there, but it is a lot of stuff. Hey guys, today we have a 2018 Honda Ridgeline and we're going to do a test of the Rola Cargo Carrier. Now this carrier mounts to your two inch by two inch hitch receiver that you have on your Ridgeline. It's going to allow you get any excess cargo, luggage, other gear, out of your cab or out of the bed of your truck and onto the carrier so that you have more storage space on the inside for other things.The carrier's going to have a 600 pound weight capacity, which is kind of above average for standard cargo carriers, so it's going to be plenty of capacity to get all your gear on top and we are going to have these raised side rails all the way around that you can use as tie-down points, whether you've got bungee straps, ratchet straps or anything like that. If you need some type of security straps, we sell plenty here at etrailer.Now, as far as storage space, if we go inside rail to inside rail, on the width I'm going to have 59 inches of storage space right there and on the length, inside rail to inside rail, it's going to be 22 inches. Again, more than enough space to get your cargo in there. If you've got bigger items like coolers or plastic bins full of stuff if you're moving, it's going to be plenty of space.We have this nice mesh floor to it as well. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey, we're going to be test fitting the 24 x 60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches, part number C18153.This cargo carrier has a carrying capacity of 500 lbs. It also has this mesh floor in here, which is going to make it very easy to clean. We also have this railing all the way around the cargo carrier, which can serve as a tie down point for your ratchet straps or your bungee cords. We do have reflective material on the outside here, which can provide better visibility at night.Let's go ahead and give you a couple quick measurements. Measuring from the edge of the bumper to our outermost point, we've added about 37-1/2" to the vehicle with this installed. Our ground clearance is going to be about 11". more

Today on our 2016 Honda Pilot we're going to be test fitting the Let's Go Aero 48 x 24 Big Boss Cargo Carrier for two 2" hitches. This has a carrying capacity of 300 pounds, and its Part Number is H01465. We already have it installed on our vehicle. Let's take a closer look at it. This is ideal for carrying a wide variety of items that you don't want to keep inside your vehicle, such as your coolers, your camper gear or some sporting goods equipment as well. There are bags and cargo nets sold separately or offered in kits with this part number as well. You can see around the edge here that we have several tie-down points for your ratchet straps or your bungee cords, and at the end here it has this reflective tape on either side. This is for better visibility while you're driving at night. Let's go ahead and give you a couple measurements here. more

Today on our 2016 Honda Odyssey, we're going to be taking a look at the Curt 24 x 60 cargo carrier with a 500 lb weight capacity. That's going to be part number, C18152. These are going to be great for getting anything damp or dirty out of your vehicle and still be able to carry it. As you can see, there's plenty of tie-down points all around the perimeter, and the mesh bottom is going to make it nice and easy to clean. It is made out of steel, and has a durable powder coat finish, so it's going to resist rust and corrosion. I'll give you a few quick measurements. Overall, this is going to add right about 31" to the total length of our vehicle. Now at the closest point, right here, it's roughly about 6" away. more

Overall, it's going to add right about 25" to the total length of the vehicle. more

Today on our 2015 Honda CRV we're going to be taking a look at the 24 by 60 CURT cargo carrier, part number C18152. Now this is going to be great for getting any gear, camping gear, luggage, anything like that you just don't want to keep inside your vehicle, whether it be dirty, damp, or anything like that. Now with this on, let's go ahead and take a quick few measurements. Overall, this is going to be adding roughly right around 33" to the total length of your vehicle. Now at the closest point to your vehicle this is going to be right around 8", is the closest point to the front of the basket here. Now as far as ground clearance goes, here at the back of the carrier we're looking right about 15". Now as you can see, we still have access to our back hatch to get anything in or out. more

Today on our 2016 Honda HRV we're going to be taking a look at the 20 by 48 CURT cargo carrier, part number C18110. On this cargo carrier it features a steel mesh floor which is going to help keep it clean because that dirt and debris is going to fall through and won't be able to collect as easily on the bottom side of your cargo. Then here around the edge it's got this nice lip that's got some pre-drilled holes in locations all the way around it. That's going to help to make sure that you can tie your cargo down and keep it nice and secure on the carrier. Now let's take some measurements. First will be our ground clearance here at the back of the carrier. At the bottom of that bolt it's right about 14-3/4". more

Today on our 2016 Honda HR-V we're going to be taking a look at the 20 x 48 Surco Cargo Carrier, part number 52017. This cargo carrier features a steel mesh floor, which is going to help make sure that any dirt and debris falls through and doesnt collect here to where it can get on the bottom of your cargo. It also features a 300 pound capacity, and its got these braces that go across to help give it that capacity. It has a 300 pound capacity but this vehicle has a Class 1 hitch on it so you want to be sure to make sure that whatever you put on here doesnt exceed that tongue weight rating for the Class 1 hitch. This carrier also has a nice wall all the way around the outside. Its got plenty of room in order to put any cargo tie downs on to make sure that your cargo doesnt go anywhere. Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg-Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a pretty high weight capacity, it is pretty lightweight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start off with a couple measurements. Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches only and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a pretty high weight capacity, it is very lightweight. It's made out of aluminum so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start with our ground clearance measurement first. We're going to have about 12-3/4" of clearance. more

You can see we're going to have a nice heavy duty construction here. Plenty of areas for dust and debris and stuff like that to fall down through that expanded steel floor. Today on this 2010 Honda CR-V, we're going to be test fitting the twenty by sixty Curt cargo carrier, part number C18150. Now the carry capacity of this cargo carrier is going to be five hundred pounds. We have this mesh floor here, which is nice because it makes it easy to clean. It also has this railing all around the cargo carrier which can serve as a tie-down point by either ratchet straps or your bungee cords. I'm going to go ahead and give you some measurements now. Measuring from the bumper to the outer rail here, that's going to be about twenty-nine-and-a-half inches that we've added to the vehicle. For ground clearance to this point here, this edge, that's fifteen-and-a-half. Then the closest point, which will be the inner rail, that's going to be about eight-and-a-half inches. Now the exhaust on this vehicle's going to be on the passenger side facing directly towards the cargo carrier. more

Today, on this 2010 Honda CRV, we're going to be test fitting the 20 x 48 Curt Cargo Carrier, part number C18110. This has a carrying capacity of 300 pounds.
